SILENT SPECTATOR WITNESSING THE DESTRUCTION IN HELPLESSNESS:

ATM centre without automatic teller machine! Wires being tormed and broken! Police making a complete search in the surroundings! The spectator could only watch and record but could not avoid! Yes, This scene was found in the out skirts of capital city Bangalore at a robbed place. The theft was carried out at the ATM centre located at Dwaraka Nagar in Bagnur limits belonging to state bank group. Thinking of money as The robbed material as it is a bank? Then the guess is wrong. Because this time the robbers did not try for the fruit but taken up the complete existed tree. Yes, the criminals have carried away the entire ATM machine which was weighing almost more than 50 kg by destroying the CC camera fixed at the centre. The shocking thing is that all these events are well organised and committed only with in 6 to 7 minutes. Though the robbers have destructed the centre's CC camera, their crime has been recorded in another camera fixed in the bank. As per its record, 7 robbers have arrived to the spot in the mid night in a tata sumo and have completely destroyed the camera, broken the wires and have easily taken away the machine. When the night police arrived near the centre at 1.24 AM, they have noticed that the machine is missing. The centre with negligency and ignorance! The Baglur police has taken up the case and during the enquiry it is found that the ATM machine was installed only before 1 month in the spot and the centre was not having any security measures except a CC camera. The Bangalore city police commissioner Mr. Jyothi Prakash Mirji visited the spot and have assured of a serious enquiry. He also noticed the lack of security measures and also stated that the machine was not fixed properly, which has helped the robbers for their easy work. The chief manager of state bank group has justified in favour of the bank by saying that, as it was a new centre no security was appointed. But the natives themselves are questioning about how does the centre start working without security people. However. The theft of ATM centres are becoming frequent in the capital city these days especially due to the negligence of banks in providing required security measures. The CC cameras are also not fixed by adapting safety measures which is becoming boon to the looters and this event is an addition for such ignorance. But the theft of the machine itself has definitely shook the garden city people and at least now should become an eye opening event for the banking sector to save the other miserable machines suffering from insecurity.
