Living between "Yes" or "NO"...!

An urge to go out of everything! Daily activities for daily wage! Neither a single twist, nor even a monotonous expectation! Hope this is the chaos lies in between all of us after reaching a certain stage. During childhood, a small humble of becoming makes everything possible. The completion of study that creates a yearn to get a job makes even the toughest thing to be possible. Once settled creates a feeling of complete satisfaction… But, is it life? What is settling? Who can be called as settled? Can a live stream human being settle at one place? A job which created the feeling of complete settlement becomes meaningless after it reaches the hands. Same work, same people, imagining being free on one, expecting for that free day and planning to enjoy that free day makes the worker to work despite of his designation. But, when the same imagination becomes true/real….! When the reality stands with plenty of free time…? Then, what to do? Am I able to fulfill all those plans? This question never gets the answer… because, the plan, which was made in accordance with the free time earlier, loses its meaning. The time which we thought that we will get will move on even without informing us. Not a big thing, just think of a day to be spent at Movie Theater can easily pass off with your laziness to get up or with the closure of ticket booking. Then, whets the meaning of life??? Who is planning it? Can’t we really plan it? If we plan, then who will change it? When there’s some commitment or inevitability, we will not miss the work. Then does our inevitability plans our life. As a popular poet says “life is something where we always urge for getting something by leaving everything we are having”. After each day completes, just try to note your work of the day? Does everyday gives at least something special? The days those look special will never allow us to write. Because we’ll be on the tip of the hill where we think that, we don’t require anyone/anything. Then, for whom we are living? For our friends, family? Or for ourselves? If it’s for ourselves, then why we loneliness? Why we want someone everyday to share about us? Ah! If we are living for our friends/family, then why we always think about ourselves first? I still remember few people saying that, I am still surviving for sake someone… Is it true? Is it really possible to live for someone? Is it definite that, someone is that much qualified? Don’t know! The life which looks meaningless one day will suddenly get color with a smallest moment. The emptiness completely wipes out and glitters with the gloms of hope. But, which is the real one? The meaninglessness or colorful gloms? Meaningless creates loneliness and allows to create a new urge or to understand ourselves. Whereas, the colorful gloms bring all at us and makes us to understand what others are thinking about us and also arouses a spirit to live further. What should be preferred? Is it really possible to break this monotonous tone? How to break it? If we break, then where does it lead? To heaven! Or to the too dark hell… Whatever, I felt, I have written, Please feel free to comment about what u felt in return...

Branding the relations

Relationships are the base of human beings. It is the bondage, which has made the human beings unique from other animals. Being the owners of so called rationality, human beings are the only creatures, those having some self-bounded principles to live on this earth. Two members/siblings from a same family can’t even imagine themselves as couples. Blood relations are considered highly as owned on the basis of similar principle. On the other hand, in few cultures, the same principles take a transformed shape, where the siblings can be together if their parents are different. Then, what decides the relationships? • Ethics? • Morals? • Principles? As per my concern, I never felt all these things as the deciding factors. For me, mind is everything. It decides your thinking, way of considering and deciding as well. For instance, in few cultures even in this so called modern society, if we see a boy and a girl on a bike, hardly one percent of people may doubt them as brother and sister. Whereas, the remaining 99 percent of people definitely treat them as something different. This “something” is breaking the hearts, cracking the stories and building mis-matched versions. Is this the mentality problem? It is not only a generic matter. Even after knowing all these things, sometimes we too do the same mistake. We treat the boys that talk with us as friends. But, just if we think of a girl who is with us talking with a boy... immediately our mind goes beyond imagination. Our mind itself builds a nice story between each of them. The main contributors of such mis-perception is none other than our own so called friends, nearest and dearest so called relations and believed persons. The people, who are idle and have negative curiosity always tries to peep into the privacy of others. Of course, it is quite normal. Our society is much interested in another’s life than them. We never think of a dead pig in our plate. But, we often show our interest in the dead ant in another’s tea cup. If this is wrong, then there would be no such reality shows, which often show quarrels, other’s personal issues and relationships. These people try to build their own big epics about each individual with high creativity. While writing this post, I remember one of my friend’s stories. She is from a small village, which suddenly got a seat to study in a metro city. Being an outsider for the city and stranger for her own college mates, she wanted to reach her destination by crossing all these tension. A guy, who was her classmate, assisted her by taking her as his best friend just because of her innocence and talent. The most tragic event was that, she had her own aunt, relatives and other collegemates in the same city, which just showed her light through their words. But, such words could never switch on the real light in front of her eyes or at least even didn’t try to erase her darkness for a while. But, her best friend was always with her, who helped her in learning how to study till how to live in the ocean as well. He was her guide for her life in the absence of her parents and she had lots of respect towards him. One day, accidentally I met her aunt, who showed me lots of affection and enquired about her niece’s health and all with me. I was really astonished as being her relative, her aunt was asking me. But, her real intension exploded with her next question cum statement of my friend’s love relationship. Being her best friend, I wondered as I didn’t know about her love. Later, my tube light brain made to understand that, she was talking about her best friend “a real friend”. It is not only with one person. We frequently come across with such kind of people, who always seek their happiness in making fun out other’s miseries. If all these people would be our creative directors, then our film industry would have been developed in a wider manner. Truly speaking, “A real friendship is like a pure rain drop directly received from the cloud, which doesn’t have the differences of gender, age, status, race or any other disparities. It is a pure feeling born to connect two like-minded hearts to create affection and care for each other.” The people who don’t know its real essence and who doesn’t know its taste will speak about stupid gender issues... Isn’t it? If u feel, I am wrong, please put into my comment box...

Protect me than to rejoice

It was April 22nd! People told it is my day… Do I require a separate day? I am the one who showed the living beings about what is day and what is night. If I just stop for a while! The word of celebration is far; even people can’t start up their life. I revolved continuously, that’s why the date could be changed from 21st to 22nd… Animals and plants consider me as divine. Whereas, my most intelligent kid human being found me as a heaven. Only in the words, Killing my children in herds With their chemicals, hitting my bio heart with poisonous sickles. What r u going to achieve by squeezing my nose, stopping my breath and digging my treasure? I was the owner of cores of different lives; those are not similar in any sake. I was the one who saw deluge, destruction of entire specious and the at the same time, the birth of new invention through evolution. I expected a positive revolution with his intelligence. I provided everything for him. I opened up with big heart and revealed all my secrets to assist him to take care of all my children. The leader led well in the beginning. As an account of gratitude, I and my children gave him everything. I made the days to pass without knowing the internal bias. Slowly my kids were started getting abscond, with an eye wink no one was there to depict my bio brand. I was the sum total of biological hot spot. There was no need to identify. You swallowed everything and now searching for my bio hot spots that to with lot of oppositions and politics. I showed my desperation and angry thousand times with deluge, Tsunami and other calamities. You tried to forecast it rather than prevent it. I kept on giving pardon to you by forgiving even your treacherous mistakes like a pious mother. I showed you what is patience and you showed me what brutality is. I am giving shelter, fodder and air for you to live. In turn I am not asking any treasure. No need to help me, but, Please don’t hurt me…” Develop well, that is my consistent will, but never makes my other children to get ill. Protect my ozone and be happy in a safe zone. I have already given you my flesh and bone, But don’t think I am your own. I have crores of children; those are all having the same right to walk on me, to utilize my treasure and to find their livelihood. You are my only kid, who can talk about me. But, remember just talk, implement your ideologies not only for your development but to develop all your siblings. More than thousands of my children have already lost their dynasty. Others are breathing like dead bodies. Give them life. Save who are already on their dead bed. Don’t let other healthy children to die. Please prove you are a human and give the meaning for “humanity” not from your dictionary, but from your behavior. I am the real engineer/doctor/lawyer/literary scholar knowing to protect my other children and to make you as their fodder. But, I am much eager to see you as the real protector with your better safeguarding nature. I also came to know that, more than 192 countries are celebrating my day since 42 years to honour me and to maintain peace over my head. Thanks for celebrating my day… But please make every day as the environmental day, your day, natural living day, Give back my treasure, Save my best creation ‘the Tiger’, Provide all my green kids with chemical-less fodder, Remember, you are not empowered as the animal dictator, I am still here to care, share and to correct, Live and let others to live with pleasure With my same immense blessings “The Earth/nature, Your mother”

The jar is empty; no honey… with chunks of sweet memories

I also wish to make my readers entertaining by expressing happy things. But, may be because of title or because of matters, the title came??? I don’t know, I’ll be always feasted with emotional meals from my almighty. I was a happy sugarcane eating insect inside the thick dark field with my own illusions and confusions. Peeling with teeth, shedding blood to get sweet was my daily routine and was well-satisfied with a small self-declared heaven. I even didn’t dream of getting anything more and was even got addicted to eat the sour. Once my master showed me a honey bottle, which was glittering far away looked like cough seer up with its own transparent cattle. I was really feared to go to it’s near, but my master didn’t listen to me at all and threw me inside the bottle. There was no peeling, no space for blood shedding; however I unknowingly opened my mouth to breathe and tasted it into my tongue. Oh! It was sweet, really sweet Without much energy, much trouble and I thanked my faith Soon, the honey bottle became my world I left everything to be in it forever Everything was well I happily closed my eyes by forgetting all my tears With a dream of spending like this for years. My master, who wanted me to get breath-tight in the bottle, saw my happiness His expectation itself brought him disappointment. What he expected must happen, so he immediately just picked me out of the bottle and threw me beside it. The honey is being completely poured out Who asks its wish or my wish, everything is in money and selfish. If honey may be feeling its freedom or may be feeling bad to leave the bottle and me as well so pretending to be dumb. Anyways! Who will ask me, I am the one who must fit to everything irrespective of my likes and dislikes. I am not strong enough to fight to retain the honey or to live without honey and I never ever gave importance to money. But, now I understand its importance… Yes, still miles to go and thousands to learn. I miss my dearest and nearest friend badly, I never would like to miss her and I want to be in touch with my mind’s clutch, will time really allows me to fetch? Don’t know! Till today, have come across with lot of friends, most of them lost their faith broke with me and few are still with me just for getting something… But she is the only one who filled confidence with me and left her strong footprints in my heart within a short span of time. From tomorrow I can’t see her directly, but her footprints, table, cabin, lunch spot… everything makes me to feel her presence and I pray god to give me one more such chance to be with her and I swear that, I’ll never miss it again. I miss u my friend….

Calm at home in the feest of love

Sleepless night, Feelings with fight, Memories haunting without allowing forgetting, Yes, I was on my way home by thanking my fate. It was early in the morning somewhere near 4.30. The city was sleeping by wearing misty bed sheet till the neck and was waiting to get the weight of thousands of her children to land on her head; coming from faraway places to fill the empty spaces. The beauty, which I didn’t find… no! Which I ignored earlier unveiled to question me How I dare I could leave this heaven! Greenery over the roadside, river flowing with tranquility, fresh air, pure soil fragrance were ready to well come their kids for the festival. I was frequently checking out the map just to calculate the KMs and the most tragic thing was that, the map was not at all showing less KM distance. The map was perfect, but it was my emotions’ impact. This was not the first time, I was returning to my home. But, this was the first festival, which I attended after leaving my home. All the time used to wait, work tiredness with schedule tight; everything got vanished just at my father’s sight at bus stand waiting for me since 45 minutes by leaving his sleep. The city was empty with fewer vehicles, they are not native… But, the thousands those came from different areas going home with lot of hope. This is not the situation of one city. The day of holiday commencement and sealment will be like this. The city witnesses huge amount of humans over the road with huge amount of vehicle getting their load. Whatever spent at home with love, eating, celebration, valuable time spending, emotional blending… everything becomes precious memories with an empty, inevitable, likeless like aboard? I can just take the saying here “Woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep Miles to go before I sleep And miles to go before I sleep”.

Good ones are still there

Dear readers, this is the continuation of my previous post “reason to return”, which completely depicted the real picture of a holiday expecting metro city. But, this story is highly different and definitely serves good meals for all, as it happened at a faraway place, My lovely place, Where I spent my childhood days. My city’s name is Shimoga, which is 250 KMS away from the capital city. It’s neither a village, nor a metro. But, my city is on the lap of a river named Thong by decorating herself with Western Ghats at her head, temples and sacred places at her chest and the entire natural environment as her dress. My city is a blend of features of nature, where the nature reveals her beauty and beast as well. I’ll definitely write a separate post about my city in future by explaining all her features. To talk about Ugadi, I can’t forget my city. So just gave an introduction… The city gives special effect to the festival with its rear vegetables, fruits, leaves and all. But, for me the festival was not as special as other fests. Because this fest always used to come on the eve of my examinations. My school used to held exams after all and this fest used to give a day for my study. Promptly, I used to be busy over studying, as it is a complete holiday that by wearing a new dress and to eat meal with exam stress. But, this is my first Ugadi which really brought Pallavi (Spring/greenery) inside my mind. I went home by leaving the wild busy metro city. As I have already shared earlier, I too could get an arrangement in the herd of sheep to leave without knowing what will happen on the eve. Roads were rushed with traffic, hostels were empty, houses were seen with shut doors and the half of the city was on the road. I too managed to reach the station with one and half of hour of drive in the crowded traffic. The bus was full and the station was dull, seats were reserved and remaining was requesting to be served. My mind was filled with excitement and curiosity just by praying god to fill my next seat with a female person. It was not only with me, but the entire bus was with such prayers. How much applications the god can take tell me? We were scolding the system of reservation without any other alternative situation. The state government has provided online reservation facility for bus tickets and also has an option to mention as “single lady”. But the column has become useless, as it’s just filled without any special privilege or use. Whoever comes for next reservation process will get the next seat of single lady only and I could see lot of such persons who were inevitably sitting with stranger men without any security. Some were begging for the men to get adjusted by exchanging the seats and were getting negative responses. Fortunately a girl came and requested me that, she doesn’t know who is there in my next seat and she will sit with me by requesting that exact passenger by telling her fate. My friend who dropped me was very happy and left me with a relaxing smile. God couldn’t take up my application and a man who looked like a middle aged uncle came to sit in seat just told that girl to get up by knocking the seat with a beat. She was speechless and just left with her finger press. I was shut with lot of worries in my heart. I didn’t know what to do! All my readings, listened stories others’ words just went over the screen of my mind. But there was no other way to do; my nest was calling me with its glittering hands too. Tried to make myself secured inside the blanket by pretending to be procured by taking cell phone from my pocket Searched to pin my charger into a socket and it was also not there to hit me like a racket… All my worries were wiped out just with his single speech. The words which were put into my mind from others, “all wrong things about co-travelling men” were vanished. I could see my father in him, who cared for me a lot with his pure heart. Made me comfortable by sitting far away, making adjustment and without any contemptment. Travelled five hours with him like a small kid having excitement of reaching home as well. He was very good, who even told other passengers to take care of me, as I am a lonely girl before getting into his stop. I didn’t talk to him much, didn’t ask for his contact details, didn’t even say good bye. He too didn’t try to talk with me at all. Unexpected care always makes you happy know? It doesn’t mean that, because of one case I will change my entire opinion, which is not advisable as well. But, I’ll definitely thank him and I know it will not reach him. But in my mind with divine daughterly kind. But I would like to really thank him for his care and concern and the god took my application with an intention to teach me a lesson. My pure gratitude to the silent helper and request for his blessings and will definitely pray god to give such mindset to all men over the world…

Reason to return

Days are passed, months are over, year is completed, Yes, we have successfully completed the Samvathsara {yer} aser the Indian calendar and have celebrated its beginning with the festival of "Ugadi". It is the festival of all without any particularity of god and worship; it is the celebration of nature, which is wearing new green dress by throwing her old yellow atire. Happy singing nightingale, Raw mangos everywhere, green leaves in the plants, green grass on the lands! Happy season for the birds, cherping and dancing with their herds! These are the atmosphere status, which should be there during this season and we all have witnessed it. Especially, i have evidenced in a wider way, as my home was in the outskirts and my college was on the lap of nature. I stillremember the days, when i used to st alone in the outyard and college campus jst by listening to the birds in the cool breeze to forget all my despirations and to have new dreams. Nature was my medicine to cure all my worries, the greenery used to fill sping in my mind as well. Days are passed now... No nightingale, no greenery, no breeze! stucked inside a prison freeze, making myself to get squezed... In the metro city, runing like a machine with electricity, forgetting all the capacity and capabilities, just like a robot doing the same routine with time stroke... still there is a ray of hope and light in this busy schedule as well... :) Thats none other than going back to home in the name of festivals... because they are the only bridges, thosedrag me towards home. Not to celebrate, but spend the holidays. It is the trends now a days to go away for miles over the holidays. Some goes to trucking, some others for travelling and the remaining crowd to their mother city like a marrie woman to her mother's home. This mother land returners outrage the number of all other people and these faces resemble the imigrant birds returning to their nests. Nest! really a nest and always ready to test... Yes, getting eservation itself is a big head ache. The person who gets reservation is like a king winning the batle. there are lakhs of buses and lakhs of railway arrangements. But, what to do!!! there are crores of population waiting to board. The entire travelling stations looks like a ditched spot, where people are struggling to leave it immediately and to go to the heaven. The cit which gave shelter, food and water till that day and city which has to again give the same thigs just after 2/3 days is at the highest hatred status n the hearts. I too went to my home along with this big crowd like a sheep... It was a nice blended experience explines about a sub-urban and metro living and don't worry, i'll definitely tell you ... but in my next post... keep guessing

days inside the dark room

Inside the four walls with tv, laptop alone, Talking for 20 hours over the phone, Heads come out only to check the arrival of the lunch, Checking for home dlivery online with lts of mouse punch Yes, This is the situation of innumerous techees and MNC employees over all metros especially in PGs and hostels, those sleep under the dosage of weekend on saturdays and sundays. Half of the dozen millions spend their time in over crouded mallas, multiplex and country clubs just to spend their money and to show their royal standard. other half directly leave the cities for their home without any second thought. This category always thins about weekends in the week and about the week in the weekend. They simply live in metro cities for nominal sake. But their minds will be always roaming at their home thinking about their families. But, the reality is that, they can't een spend their weekend time happily with their families, as they think of their work over the weekends. Apart all these people, there is another uniqe class, that never likes to spend money over either entertainment or traveling. it spends its complete time inside the PG room by shuting the doors all the time without talking to anyone, just peering into a boring show over tv with a laptop on the bed having cell phone at the ears. All the three things will be symultaneous and mnotonous. I usually never prefer tobe shut inside, though ii won't spend out or i won't go to home, i always prefer to goout at least for sometime during my holidays just to get the heat of sun and delight of air. But, this was the first time, that i spent at my PG. PG! No! a self prison... Self home arrest... Colourful friday evening, smile among all faces depicting a burst of happiness awaitin... sleepless friday night, with the fantasy of sleeping for the entire saturday tight. The room is four wall cabin, where the sun and wind should dare to enter. Closed door with a tv shouting all the time, peeping inside laptop with falsified erfig online. Phone of friends again and againjust to irritate by asking about weekend plans. the question is formal and the answer should come always in an ignorent smile. Mere food again and again, food is the only cause, that can bring the person into the social line. But, do these people are really social? having an ear phone over the ears, clearly depicting to mind the business and yours is yurs. Human voices and faces are better over TV and social medias, people are happy to talk to the strangers than to the neighbours. I remembered my school days again and again in grief, How we used to drag everyone to talk with us with simple friendly belief, Those days were made for human communication and relief, Now also we are living in the name of social but as a mere unutilized individuals in the name of mechanical life. Hope all of us are facing this unsocial problems one or the other day because of our busy schedule. But, we all forget them just with the attack of monday, the working day, which again makes us to wait for another weekend...

THE SOURCE OF INSPIRATION IS NO MORE

That was the day on the bank of the river Ganga in the twilight of of the occasion of Deepaarathi (offering to the river goddess with light)! Baby sitting alone over the bank piercing at the light unknwoing about the dark world! The lion which can't be seen by everyone came to the baby with self persuation to just bless it to become a writer and that lion is none other than the Journalist, Columnist, Editor, Writer, Author, Novelist, Notion evoker... How shall i discribe him? Yes, it is none other than the Padma Vibhushan award winner, the author of great novel "train to Pakisthan" Mr. Kushwanth Singh, the inspiration for my writing. It is my greatest delight that, i was that baby, in the story which i told u, which happened almost 20 years ago. I challenge that, no other situation in my life time can give me such happiness though i didn't know the meaning of happiness and sadness at that time. How a baby can understand the meaning of a personality!!! But, now i am a matured adult and can understand and feel the implication of sadness and happiness. Since the heartrending news of my inspiration's death hit my ears..... no! my heart, I am feeling that, i should be a child till today, so that, i wouldn't have understood what is death. Now i know everything! the meaning of death, its inevitability and its act as a provider of freedom to every soul. Thousands of poems glorifying death echoes in my heart. But still it is tough to take an indigestable food into the heart. Stomach can digest, but heart can't. The baricade of emotions never allow to digest. But the reality is that, my inspiration is not there physically over the earth. But, it is in my heart till i live and leave and the output of this great personality through the means of writing will be immortal though lakhs of fans and followers like me pass away. My polight and mournful condolence to the immortal soul, who spent his complete 99 years of age to cultivate the culture and brought rich harwest in Indian Journalism with his brilliant spade of pen..........

Narendra Modi to address rally in Bangalore on 17th:

BJP hopes to regain lost ground in South! Bangalore has been plastered with Modi posters. Narendra Modi was be in Karnataka today, the only south Indian state his party ever ruled before losing it to the Congress in Assembly polls in May this year. The rally is likely to disrupt traffic and normal life in Bangalore with unprecedented security measures in place. Hundreds of senior police officers along with more than 4000 policemen have been deployed for the rally. 80 CCTV cameras have been installed at the venue. State capital Bangalore has been plastered with Mr Modi's pictures and life-size cutouts and the BJP's flags. The party has reportedly spent Rs. 20 crores on the event to be held at the Palace Grounds, a large public space in the heart of the IT hub. The BJP claims nearly three lakh people have bought tickets at Rs. 10 each to watch Mr Modi. The collected money will be donated for the installation of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel statue in Gujarat, a fond project of the 63-year-old leader. In April this year, the BJP's star campaigner had failed to lift his party's chances in the state, despite drawing large crowds in Mangalore and Bangalore, when he visited the state ahead of the Assembly elections. The BJP's first ever Chief Minister in south India, BS Yeddyurappa, despite being a Modi fan, is no more with the party, having floated his own outfit, the Karnataka Janata Party, last year. Mr Yeddyurappa's supporters had put posters in Bangalore showing the two leaders together, though the powerful Lingayat leader denied knowing about them. Ever since Mr Modi was named the BJP's presumptive PM, there has been speculation that the 70-year-old leader could merge his party with the BJP. Mr Yeddyurappa has repeatedly ruled out a merger but has said his party will be happy to support a BJP led by Mr Modi. Power is Poison: Narendra Modi criticises Rahul Gandhi - News Oneindia Narendra Modi criticises Rahul Gandhi Remembering Rahul Gandhi's statement on "power is poison", Modi mocked at the Congress vice president. The Gujarat CM said that Congress does not want to empower countrymen, hence they are warning people of staying away from power. Narendra Modi defends Lata Mangeshkar, slams Congress: Recalling the recent controversy over one Congress leader's demand of taking Bharat Ratna back from Lata Mangeshkar, Modi hit out at Congress. The legendary singer recently faced Congress' wrath after praising Modi. Modi said that Congress does not follow the rule of democracy, rather the party depends on CBI. Modi accused Congress of using CBI to blackmail other party leaders forcing them to dole out support for them. Congress trying to impose emergency again, says Narendra Modi: Speaking about Congress-led UPA government's several adversaries restricting the work process of media and social networking site, Modi said that Congress once again is trying to impose emergency in the country. "To strangle democracy is Congress way. It happened earlier and his happening now. They are scared of social media now. Congress does not believe or trust in democracy," said Modi in Bangalore. How Bangalore owes to Atal Bihari Vajpayee, reveals Narendra Modi: Speaking about former BPM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Modi said, "After Silicon Valley, if there is another city where IT is a focus area, it's Bengaluru. 6 sentenced to life term in student gang-rape case

Last Updated: 15th October 2012 08:56 AM Historical Judgement against the rapists! The goddess of justice in favour of the victim! the court upheld the respect for women and ensured their security! In a horrific incident, a 21-year-old student of National Law School of India University was allegedly raped by an eight-member gang on the Jnana Bharathi campus on Saturday night. According to a complaint filed by the victim, Masha (name changed) and her boyfriend Nikhil were going to her hostel in his car. They had stopped the vehicle near the university administrative building for some time around 9.30 pm when they were attacked by the gang, Masha told the police. The miscreants assaulted Nikhil and damaged his car, before dragging Masha to an isolated place where she was allegedly raped. Nikhil, an employee of IBM in the city, became friends with Masha through a social networking site two weeks ago. They had met on Saturday and had gone out for the first time, police said. In her complaint, Masha said the miscreants snatched her mobile phone and raped her. However, before fleeing from the spot, they thrust the phone in her hands. When Masha and Nikhil were looking for help, the night beat police noticed them and took them to the station. The police searched the campus for a couple of hours, but they could not find the miscreants. “We have registered a case of rape based on her complaint. Medical tests were conducted (on the victim) at Vani Vilas Hospital and we are awaiting the reports,” DCP The accused in the Jnana Bharathi gang rape case before they were produced in the court on Friday morning. - DNA A city court in Bangalore on Friday has sentenced six men to life term on charges for gang-raping an undergraduate student of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) on Bangalore University’s Jnanabharathi campus, on October 13 last year. The convicted are Maddura, 20, Doddaheeraiah, 19, Shivanna, 20, Eeraiah alias Eera, 20, Yaliyaiah alias Kumara, 23 and Rama, 50. One accused, Raja, 24, is absconding. The eighth accused is a minor whose case is before the juvenile justice court. Justice Krishnamurthy B Sangannavar found the six persons guilty of all the charges levelled against them under abduction (Section 366 of the IPC), gang rape (376 -2G), dacoity (397) and assault (323 and 324). The convicts, residents of Mettari Doddi in Dasegowdana Doddi village on the outskirts of Bangalore, regularly trespassed into the university campus in search of sandalwood trees as well as firewood. On October 13, they were looking to poach sandalwood trees, when they came across the law student and her male friend in a car. They attacked the male friend of the girl and gang-raped her. The six men were arrested based on the description given by the rape survivor to the police. They reportedly confessed to the police that they had been involved in several crimes, including rapes. Police produced before the court clinching evidence of details of the calls made by the accused using the victim’s mobile phone. The absconding eighth accused in the gang rape of a law student in Bangalore University campus last year, was arrested Tuesday - six days after a fast track court sentenced six of his accomplices to life imprisonment. "Muthuraj alias Raja, 24, who hails from the neighbouring Ramanagar district and was absconding since the date of crime (Oct 10, 2012) has been arrested by the Jnana Bharati police today (Tuesday)," a senior police official told reporters here. Raja is also accused of being involved earlier in three other criminal cases, including attempt to murder and robbery. "The fast track court has remanded Raja to 14 days judicial custody after he was produced before the sessions' judge (K. Sangannavar) for interrogation and further investigation,"said Additional Commissioner of Police Kamal Pant. As the seventh accused is a minor, he is being tried separately in the juvenile justice court here. "The prosecution will seek stringent punishment to Raja as in the case of six convicts so that the sentence will deter others from indulging in such a heinous crime," Pant said. The 21-year-old victim, who hails from Nepal, was the third year student of the state-run National Law School of India University, which is adjacent to the Jnana Bharati campus, about 20km from the city centre. The six accused were convicted under section 376 (g) of the Indian Penal Code for gang-rape, which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, and other relevant sections of the IPC. According to public prosecutor Sanjya Kumar Bhatt, the court had also directed the victim to claim compensation for the physical scar and lasting mental scar from the criminal injuries board. "Justifying the maximum sentence, the judge said punishment should meet the seriousness and gravity of the crime, which involved not just the physical torture, but also the mental trauma of the victim that won't go away for long time," Bhatt said quoting from the judgement. The judge also took into account the pubic abhorrence of such heinous crimes in recent times across the country in deciding lifer for the convicted. The six convicts -- Rama and Yaliyaiah (both 23 years), Maddura, Shivanna and Erayya (all 20 years) and Doddaerayya (19 years) - are residents of Bangalore Rural and Ramnagara districts. The incident took place when the victim was on a walk in the sprawling green campus along with her male friend. Taking advantage of the secluded spot and darkness, the gang bashed up the friend and sexually assaulted the victim after taking her forcibly into the nearby bushes. Followed by the Judgement, The University has came up with new policy for the protection of women students in the campas. A student or official under Bangalore University, if found guilty of sexual harassment, could be expelled or suspended respectively, according to the university’s new policy to combat sexual offences. The university’s Syndicate approved the Sensitisation, Prevention and Redressal of Sexual Harassment and Gender Discrimination (SPARSH and GD) policy on Wednesday. The policy prescribes action within 30 days against any person who is found guilty. The policy, formulated by a Syndicate sub-committee headed by former member Zaheda Mulla, has been ratified 10 months after a law student was gang-raped in the Jnana Bharathi campus. The policy requires formation of statutory committees to address complaints at three levels - affiliated colleges, university and an apex committee. A College Complaints Committee (CCC) will be the complaints and redressal body in each affiliated college. The University Units Complaints Committee (UUCC) will cover clusters of BU departments and centres. The Apex Complaints Committee (ACC) will be a high appellate body of BU to evaluate complaints. As stated by K K Seethamma. Complaints can be registered in person, via email or post with the committees. Employees not covered by UUCC and CCC can approach the ACC directly, the policy document states. “Complainants have the right to go public if she/he so desires but one should preferably not go public till the enquiry process is completed unless required,” it adds. Based on the nature of violation, students will have to tender a written apology, face debarment from exams or denial of admission and expulsion. Even officials could have their increments or promotions cancelled or be suspended or dismissed. PG counselling The state government has increased seats for postgraduate courses in the following colleges: 10 seats for MA History and five for MA Economics in Yelahanka Government First Grade College, 15 seats for MCom in Seshadripuram Arts, Science and Commerce College and three seats for MCom in Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences. Counselling for these seats will be held on September 14 at the respective departments in the university. However it is better to take necessary actions before the occurrance of such heartrending event than to take steps, after the course of action.

PETROL PRICES PRESSING THE PUBLIC:

Fuel prices in upward mode! Petrol prices increased! The increase in fuel prices directly attacking the lively hood of the commons! The people cannot use their private vehicles and even cannot step into public transport! A litre of petrol in Karnataka will now cost Rs 72.96, up from Rs 70.33, after oil companies effected a Rs-2 increase in petrol prices from Saturday midnight! Yes, the petrol prices are again increased by Rs. 2 as implemented from 15th June. The steep hike in prices have been announced after the rupee weakened sharply against the US dollar and the international oil prices spiked. The hike of Rs 2 per litre excludes local taxes or VAT, which varies from state to state. After the latest hike, petrol in Delhi will cost Rs 66.39 from Rs 63.99 earlier, while in Mumbai, it will sell at Rs 74.60. In Kolkata, rates went up from Rs 71.29 to Rs 73.79 per litre. In Chennai, prices were hiked by Rs 2.54 to Rs 69.39. This is the second hike in a fortnight. Oil companies had increased petrol prices by 75 paise on June 1 (excluding VAT). IOC said international petrol prices have also hardened during this period. "The combined impact of both these factors, mainly depreciation of the rupee, has warranted the increase in petrol prices by Rs 2 per litre (excluding VAT)," it said in a statement. The June 1 increase in petrol price was the first in three months. The previous hike was on March 1, which was followed by rates being cut four times on falling global oil prices. Diesel prices has been hiked on five occasions since January when the government authorised state-owned oil firms to increase prices by up to 50 paisa per litre every month till entire losses on the fuel are wiped out. Since diesel price was hiked by 50 paisa, excluding VAT, on June 1st, the next increase will happen at the month end. IOC said the devaluation of rupee has led to widening of losses on diesel and cooking fuel. Losses on diesel has widened to Rs 6.31 a litre from Rs 4.87 at the beginning of the month. Besides, oil firms are also losing Rs 27.75 per litre on kerosene and Rs 335.14 on sale of every 14.2 kg domestic cooking gas (LPG) cylinder. The company said at current rate IOC would end the fiscal with a total revenue loss of about Rs 60,000 crore while the industry (IOC plus other state-owned fuel marketing firms) would incur around Rs 112,500 crore loss. "The movement in international oil markets and INR-USD exchange rate has been put on a close watch and developing trends will be reflected in future price changes. The petrol hike destroying the common movement! The raise in prices of fuel has directly impacted on the common people of Karnataka, as the newly farmed Congress government has put its step forward in raising the bus fair all over the state including the capital city Bangalore with the reason of petrol price hike. The bus fares went up by 16 per cent in Bangalore and 10.5 per cent across the state from Saturday midnight itself. The ticket charges from stage to stage with in Bangalore has also been increased from rupees 2 at a minimum price, which has led to a wide range of protests among the public. The raise in KSRTC bus fair irrespective of its distance or rural areas is disturbing the masses.. The opposition party stepping into the road against the decission of the state! Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a protest in Bangalore and across various districts in the state condemning the hike in price of fuel and bus fare on Monday. In Bangalore, the protest was led by former deputy chief minister R Ashok and BJP national general secretary Ananth Kumar at the Mysore Bank Circle. R. Ashok, who was transport minister in the BJP government, said addressing the party members at the rally held in the city centre that, "Just a month after it came to power the Congress has shown that it is not interested in people's welfare". BJP general secretary and Bangalore South MP H.N. Ananth Kumar opined while the Congress government in the state hiked the bus fare, the Congress-led central government increased petrol price by Rs.2 per litre the same day. He also added that, “We will take up in the monsoon session of parliament the issue of frequent hike in petrol and diesel prices by the central government". Addressing a rally in Hubli, state BJP president Prahlad Joshi said that both the state and the Union governments are harassing the common people by increasing prices of all essential commodities. “If they don’t withdraw the price hike, the BJP will intensify its stir,” he warned. BJP MLAs and other leaders in Gulbarga alleged that the UPA government has failed to prevent inflation for the last nine years. Taking out a rally in Gulbarga, CPI(M) workers defined the move of price hike as anti-people. Workers in Bellary too took out a procession. However, in spite of these protests, the Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy ruled out reversing the hike. But, what ever may be the political issues, a sudden hike in both petrol prices and bus fair is completely oppressing the common people, who are already in economic depression due to inflation and raise in the prices of necessary commodities. So, at least now, the state government must understand the economic troubles faced by the public and should take a complete control over the price raise in the state. there is also a need for the intervention of the central government in curbing inflation by promoting the liquidity of money, which is the basic cause for all these distresses.

BEWARE OF BRILLIANT BRUTALS:

Robbers at utmost intelligence! Innocent people becoming their target! The police blasted with bang! Yes, it is the story of brutal looters those robbing the Bangalorians by encashing their weaknesses of being alone or by putting soil to innocent eyes, whose colours are now opened up by Bangalore city police. Vikki Singh@Vikki! (35), Vishal Singh@Vishal! (23)! These two are high profile royal robbers who used to make theft by targeting lonely women walking on the streets and indulge in chain snatching by using their black Bajaj Pulsar with in a fraction of second. The robbed ornaments were systematically carried away to the distant places of Agra, by hiding them inside the sealing fans of the house till their sale. The western DCP Rajappa got the aura of these robbers, as they used to park their vehicle near Majestic railway station and 3 chain snatching cases found on the same day, the police squad followed them under the leadership of ACP H.S Duggappa and have recovered about 1 kg of gold ornaments. The accused use to sell these ornaments out of the state, as they are easily disposed there and used to spend luxurious time in tourist places. However, the western Bangalore city police have now recovered all the lost properties under the able guidance of the Bangalore city commissioner Mr. Jyothi Prakash Mirji and the joint commissioner Mr. Kamal Panth, who handed over all those ceased properties to the losers. But, the victims should understand the need for prevention before being looted and should be cautioned about the robbers with self awareness than blaing the officials after getting affected.

BANGALORE POLICE WITH BIG BANG:

1.2 kg gold! 5 kg silver! 4850000 rupees worth properties! This is not the list of possessing of a rich person. But, it is the big hunt done by the eastern division of Bangalore city police under the leadership of DCP Mr. T.G Krishna Bhat, ACP Mr. Shivmurthi and Vijay Kumar, who have successfully brought 7 giant accussed and wanted criminals into the web of law. The police have recovered 1.2 kg of gold, a car, 7 two-wheelers, 5 kg’s of silver which are worth of more than 50 Lakh rupees. The police have also detected a kidnap, robbery, loot and other theft cases by arresting 7 criminals. Imran Khan! Amir Khan! Rizvan Beg! These are the most brilliant robbers hounded by the commercial street police, who used to loot the properties of lonely public and used to spend their hiding hours by leading luxurious life in Mumbai, Poona and Goa. The Indira Nagar police have arrested a senior most robber named Pilkal Nazeer, who is of 51 years of age, who was highly involved in consistent robbery and was persue by the police. The foreign currency of 441 of US Dollars at Vijaynagar. A robber inside the house who was in the name of maid servant named Parvathi, who was of 38 years has been arrested by Pulikeshi Nagar police. Parvathi has looted a valuable golden ornament from her owner’s bed room and as per the complaint of the owners, she has been persued. Another two-wheeler burglar named Shankar has been detained by KR Puram police. A kidnap case is also perceived by Pulikeshi Nagar police and has taken a kidnapper named Mohmed Umar Shariff in detention. However, the police have done a fantabulous hunt by recovering a huge amount of theft commodities and also have imprisoned the most wanted criminals. But, all the cases clearly prove that, the thefts and the criminal activities have taken place only with the carelessness of the commons without identifying their own robbers beside them. At least now, the public should be aware of the cheaters before being cheated further.

MARTYR SACRIFICED FOR INHUMANITY:

alienation ended with bereavement! A smallest mistake drove out a human from earth! 22 years of brief darkness finally covered with enduring gloom! Yes, it is the disastrous tragedy of a poor peasant spent the first half of his life in India and before opening up his eyes to the outside world became the victim of envy of the enemy country. It was 28th of August 1990. An innocent peasant named Sarabjith Sing from Bikiwind of Taran Taran district of Punjab state, a happy living family man who was in his intimate world of wife, daughter and sister was suddenly pushed into a black hole because of his diminutive gaffe. It was night and Scarab was as usually drunken. But, to his fate, as was in the border area crossed Indo-Pakisthan border and was caught by the enemy soldiers. The capture was disclosed after an year and till that time, the family even didn’t know even about his survival. On October 25th 1991, the man was suddenly presented in front of Lahore sessions court, but the cases imposed on him was really shocking. The peasant denoted as equal with a terrorist! The cases of Lahore bomb blast was brought on the head of Sarab and the court announced death sentence over the victim. The native country even did not respond for the well worthiness of the sufferer. The family members even did not know even a least message about the endurance of the man. It was 20005, a glim of light that switched on at the supreme court of Pakistan by Dalbeer Kaur, the sister of Sarab with the appeal against the old judgment of death sentence brought a positive hope among the family members. But, all these dreams were destroyed, as the Supreme Court also upheld the old judgment. The further catastrophic event was that, no Indian human rights associations fought for the event and even were not able to produce a single witness about Sarab as a farmer for one of members of human rights commission, who came all the way from Pakisthan to India. The happened awful events followed by the rejection of pardon by president Mush raff in July 2007 confirmed Sarab to count his days for death. But, his expected death ensued with an unexpected break down. The coward country showed its real face of conspiracy, which was boiling with the vengeance of the hang of Absal Guru and Kasab in India followed by the supreme court’s judgment and president’s rejection of the pardon. The most disastrous event is that, the envy country even did not directly take revenge but proved its coward nature by killing the victimized Sarab through the inmates of Lahore Central prison. The victim was actually kept inside “And Cell”, which is dark and is of only 6 feat heights and 4 feat widths. The victim who spent in such darkness could not even be acquainted with his family members. Before his two letters about his miserable situation get digested among his family members, they were hit with an another frightening news that busted out of conspire country that, the victim was deadly injured by the assail of other prisoners who attacked him with bricks and other harmful tools that damaged the brain of Sarab and thrusted him into Koma stage. The entire Indian population now came up with small protests and the center all at once sent its group of officials for bringing back Sarab to the homeland for further treatment. But Pak even rejected the proposal and uttered that, the doctors of Jinnah hospital are taking care of the victimized patient and even denied his transfer for foreign countries for further treatment. The family members were however permitted to at least visit their beloved master in the hospital. But, their return did not give them console. The heartrending event of Sarab’s bereavement finally approached Indian society and the prayers of crores of people ended up in despair. However, thankfully the body was given back to his family and the real truth evoked after the post mortem. The blushless nation even did not have a little bit courtesy over a deadly man. The appalling truth was that, the report proved that most of organs like kidney, liver and heart were missing inside the body. Moreover, the report cleared that, it is the result of attempt to murder as the scull and right molar bone was broken. However, the martyr was cremated with all due government respects with the presence of Mr. Rahul Gandhi from the center at the funeral and Punjab government declared 3 days of mourning in the state. The central home minister also assured of providing all the required facilities for the family. But, is there any vitality for these after death events? Is there any use of water after the fire burn the entire livelihood? Only the central government can answer these questions. However, the event has brought a national consciousness among the Indians and the country can forget its son who completed his 49 years of life as a victim of enemity between the two neighbor countries. But, the reality is that, no life can be brought back by any human, then how can a country has the right to end up a life that to of an innocent victim?

DYNAMIC LEADER DUMBED contrasting VOICES:

Huge throng with tremendous applause! Ten thousand people witnessing a breathless speech! Cheers of “Vande Matharam” reaching the sky top! Yes, it is the description of a colourful festival atmosphere emerged at national college ground Basavanagudi at garden city Bangalore on the fabulous Sunday evening. The evening filled the ground with saffron flag, lotus and BJP leaders like chief minister Jagadish Shetter, ministers of cabinet, members of state legislative assembly and council for those the crown is none other than Mr. Narendra Modi, the firebrand of BJP and denoted as emerging prime minister of the party. The motivating youth icon came all the way from Gujarath to Karnataka for requesting the capital city voters to opt the symbol of lotus in voting in the up coming state assembly elections, which is going to be held on 5th of May in the entire state at once. The vibrant concert stated with a few words spoken out by the CM, who talked of the capabilities of the party and threw words against weakness of Congress at center. Then started the incredible speech, which completely took over the entire multitude into the shackles of wonderful hearing. Mr. Modi parallelized the situation of Karnataka and Gujarath, which are considered as the blossoming centers for the party in the north and south, where lotus blossomed for the first time with majority. The leader delivered his benevolent speech in favour of the party and upheld the incapabilities of Congress party, which has already met with its failure in fulfilling their assurances. The maestro spoke of the pre-election promises published by Congress party regarding the facilities of Rozgar to 1 crore people, that is not at all possible, since the party is in the rule at center. He also satire the saying of the party leaders as “one man can not do anything” and said that, one man can do everything with will for which he substantiated with the instances of Indian independence, the division of states and the inclusion of Kashmir into the country, which were all done by an individual person. He also mocked at the incompleteness of works, which were undertaken by the central government ended in malfunction. Mr. Modi justified his appeal for vote by quoting the instances of 7 national awards for BJP in different states especially 2 for Karnataka state for rural development, which is given by the central government itself. The failure of Indira Gandi’s dream programmes by all congress ruling states was also highlighted and the success of same projects by BJP ruling states was made as a point. He also made ridicule over the inherited leadership of other parties persuading to slavery and called them as golden spoon holders, who can not understand the wishes of common voters. He also questioned the voters themselves about the developmental activities since 1995 and made a comparison between two parties’ rule in different parts of the country and Karnataka alone too in the last 5 years. The CM also put a challenge for the political scholars and predictors who have already predicted the win for Congress party in the state and made an assurance that, BJP will subvert all those predictions and succeed in the up coming elections. He also stood still with the propagation of nationalism and the ideologies of the party which echoed throughout his verbal communication. As a whole, the conference was made interactive with the voters with a sincere appeal for winning the party in the elections with complete majority in the state, that was emphasized by the leader. However, to comprehend the impact of Modi magic and its effect, there is an inevitable need to wait till the occurrence of the elections and counting predominant by the judgment of the voters.

BRIGHTEN COLOURS DARKENING THE LIVES:

Dancing youth in the roads, colourful faces, Red, pink, black, green, purple, orange, yellow! Yes, these are the colours that fill the entire atmosphere on the auspicious day! The day is none other than “Holi festival”, the day of colours. The fest is celebrated at the doorways of summer in the month of March, which brings out the people from hotness into a cool colorful world. It is the only festival that is celebrated throughout the country irrespective of age, creed and sect. all the roads are filled with colours and colorful youth, women and children. Traditionally, the festival is linked with a mythological story of the burning of the god “Manmatha”, the symbol of love and attraction by Lord Shiva. The day of festival is believed that, the burnt god returns to earth with his companion on this auspicious day, which is celebrated with colours by human beings. The fest was traditionally celebrated in an intention of maintaining brotherliness among all the people. But, has the festival really keeping its purpose? The answer for this question is really shocking. The fest has become a weapon for vengeance instead of happiness. The beautiful colours even destroying the beauty of several faces. The eyes those see the colours are closed due to the same colours. The colorful water is capable of washing the future of children. Yes, the most interesting truth is that, the dermatologists and environmentalists have identified five colours like, purple, lavender, black, maroon and brown as too dangerous even for the survival of living creatures. These colours directly attack the neurotic system of human beings further, as they react as an acidic element when mixed with water. Moreover, these colours are made out of dangerous chemicals that are not appropriate for internal usage. But, when the colours are sprayed, people unknowingly consume the colours through mouth and eyes which further causes hazard for living. The festival is also creating social tentions, as most of the antisocial elements are deliberately participating in the festival to culminate the peaceful water of the society. The symbol of sacrifice is changing into the weapon of revenge in the contemporary days. Many attempts for murders and assaults, which is easily performed during the crowded processions. Many more cases are reported that girls are getting harassed by the violent guys’ troops in the name of festival. Moreover, the festival is actually celebrated with the purpose of exchanging colours. But, gradually the festival is included with the throwing of eggs and tomatos or fruits that are socially considered as a way of affront for others. However, various measures are being tried for avoiding such negative consequences by the increase of manufacturing natural colours made out of natural products that avoids the chemical reactions which destroys the human health and environment hazards. But, the social hazards must be controlled first by the individuals themselves and the government must take efficient actions by providing essential security for the weaker sections. A formulated restriction must be made for the day in accordance to avoid negative impacts on the society. So that, the festival will definitely become colorful and fills colours in the lives too.

THE FUTURE DARKERS IN THE DARK JAIL!

Second puc/12th standard examinations, the fear of the students about the leakage of question paper, the news of question paper leak outs breaking on the very first day. Yes, this is the situation of Karnataka state every year with the commencement of the Pu examinations with all the cautions that were promised by the government and the Pu board as already taken to avoid such leakages of question papers. This time, the Bangalore police have captured a huge racket of criminals, who were deeply involved in the crime of leaking the question paper before the exam. Are these persons notorious or well-known rowdy sheeters? If imagined so, it is absolutely wrong. The criminal activity is carried out by a retired government teacher named Shivakumara Swamy along with his medico son. India is the land where the teacher is considered as the god. Then is it possible a teacher doing such job? Of course yes, Shiva kumara Swamy does not belong to the such group. The police confirmed him as the criminal. Swamy is a retired government teacher who was running tutorials after his retirement. The police have suspected him as having a very close connection with the members of question paper framing committee. Swamy along with his son who was a medical representative used to get the question earlier before the examination which was carried out by long years ego. Swamy started carrying out the business since three years openly. Can the teacher alone perform such crime? The Pu exams’ question papers are strictly framed even not disclosing to the formers. The procedure is so confidential that, a number of lecturers are told to give their own questions and after shuffling the entire questions, a new congregated question paper is formed which is known only to the members of the board and the question paper framing committee. This process strongly proves that, the teacher has definitely got a strong support from the members of the committee. The police department has also kept an eye over these officials and the criminals and even has put 144 sections between 20 kames of the exam centers to avoid copying and the question paper leakage among the students. But it is a way to avoid outsiders from the leakage. But, this racket is working inside the system itself as a way as similar to the organizational set up. Can it be avoided through external security measures? Certainly not, the crime is committed so natural along with the legal formalities and process, which can be avoided only through internal security measures. Every year, more than 6 lakh students are appearing to the exams, among which 99 % of students are promptly appearing by a legal preparation to the exam. But, these kinds of corruption and crimes are cheating these sincere and prompt students and playing with their future. The crime should be controlled by strengthening the internal security of the system by disclosing the question paper among the limited members of the committee who are inevitably needed than sharing it with all the members and other officials who can easily perform the question paper leak activities that destroys the dreams of sincere students.

THE POLICE BANG on the criminals doors:

Arrest of two accuses in 24 hours! Facebook is the evidence for the police! The technology helping the public! Yes, this is a successful story of the ability and enthusiasm of Bangalore traffic police who are highly alert in capturing the criminals. A facebook shared post caused the arrest of two criminals. Yes, on 11th march 2013 a guy named Akshay shared a post of the photos of two accused, who were involved in the kind of a sexual herrasment “eve teasing” in which Ashay’s two friends were being victimized. Akshay shared that while he was walking on the road along with his two female friends, in a road cross, his friends were eve teased by two boys and He has taken out the the snaps of these two guys. The sharer shared this picture on the facebook page of bcp page which is created by the Bangalore traffic police for the well being of the people. The picture beared the fruit! Yes, just with in 24 hours, that is on the morning of 13th march 2013, the BCP responded that the two guys are arrested. The BCP facebook page was launched by the Bangalore traffic police department for the first time in Karnataka for allowing the public to openly complain their problems for a speedy solution. In the present days, as all know, all the youth and most of the public spend most of their time on the social network webs most of facebook as a part of entertainment, which is always condemned as a time killing object. The facebook turned into a boon! Yes, the so called time killing technological weapon has changed itself now with the creativity of the department as a boon to help the public. Here the public can share their complaints and problems which is frequently cheked by the department. Not only checking, the department is also striving hard for solving these problems with in a very short period of time, that is being proved with thise instance. So, the brutal mischievious criminals! Be aware of the police department, the police is in the track. Do not commit crimes, a small cell phone with camera and a facebook page can witness your crimes and become evidences against you and the police definitely bang your doors!

THE BUREAUCRACY BEHIND THE IRON BARS!

Deputy Commissioner M.C ayyappa, Tahsildar Gopal, Sub register Ravi Kumar and the revenue inspecter! Are you thinking of getting an introduction about an administrative set up? If so, you are absolutely wrong. Of course, these persons are of administrative wing but now behind the bars. Yes, these class officers are the part Bangalore rural district, who are arrested by the lokayukta in the twilight of 13th march 2013. The Lokayukta has arrested these officers on the charge of having illegal property that is for the possessing of more property than the profit. They are also facing an allegation of making illegal favouritism for the MLA of Yalahanka constituency of Bangalore in the registration of illegal property. Can the crime be performed without the involvement of the profit maker? But the MLA has given an open statement that, he is not at all in connection with these officers and he held’s no responsible for the issue. Then, is bureaucracy itself sinking in corruption? Do the officers perform such activities without any profit? The sources are clearing the business happened between the officers and the MLA. Moreover, the officers are found having more property than their income, which proves the crime. Now the Lokayukta police have taken up a detailed enquiry by arresting all the officers except the profit maker and are under the procedure of the preparation of the charge sheet. But the issue surely increases entrust among the government officials over the people. Because, a deputy commissioner works as a magistrate for some civil and peace establishing cases at district level who takes the position of a right decider has himself involved in crime and corruption, which grows untrust over the entire bureaucracy. The officers who should be lawful and must teach the people over law are now inside the bars for impeaching law is really a shameful circumstance. However the case will come under the special Lokayukta court where further proceedings take place to find the real truth and till the announcement for the judgment, waiting is inevitable to understand the credibility of the case.

ARE TRAFFIC RULES APPLICABLE FOR ONLY METROPOLIS?

Two-wheelers, cars, buses, Lorries, pedestrians! Yes, it the scenery of a road. Not only a main road, it is the situation of all the roads and even the small streets in the present modernized world. Everyone is in hurry. All need easy and speedy mobility. No houses are found without vehicles. By and large most of the houses are possessing of more than one vehicle. “A vehicle for each individual” is becoming the trend among the people. This craze has resulted in the crisis of traffic jams and most importantly the violation of traffic rules. Estimation says that, the violation of traffic rule occurs once in every 30 seconds in a city. No exception for the violation as per the geographical boundary. Then, why the application needs exception? Yes, the traffic related crimes like drunk and drive, riding without helmet on two-wheelers, triple riding, wheeling, driving without seats belts etc are committed so naturally in all the cities. The police department also also brought strict rules and restrictions along with fines and punishment to avoid these crimes. But, is it really implementing? The answer for this question is shocking. The traffic police of the metropolitan cities like Bangalore and New Delhi are strictly imposing a good amount penalty among the violators of the rules, which is proved when the departments publishes the facts figures quarterly about the collection of fine amount. The publication of the collection in the last quarter by the Bangalore traffic police crossed cores together, which proved a simultaneous violation of rules by the riders. But, what about the remaining cities? Are not the people riding there? Are they really so prompt in obeying the rules than these metro people? Certainly not at all! All are human beings. The small cities are witnessing more and more traffic hazards which are hiding behind the screens. Even a small movement of a VIP strucks up a huge number of vehicles on the road which is even not observed by the department. The weekends are becoming more colourful in the small cities as similar as metro and most of the riders, who attend these parties openly drink and drive which is not at all checked by the traffic police. Most of the traffic police in this city level are not well equipped with the testing machines and they even do not regularly check the documents, driver identity and license which are in their hands. No district has made the wearing of helmet compulsory yet. Are accidents occurring only in metros? The accidents are becoming quite common among the district levels, where most of people who lost their lives are on two-wheelers without helmet. Are their lives not important? The government must take a fast forward step for the implementation of at least security measures like compulsory helmet, regular checking of driving license, documents and drunk and drive tests which helps both the individuals and the nation. The individuals must be protected from regular accidents through strong imposition of restriction and the country must be internally first secured by keeping an eye over the activities of the individuals which can be done at this primary level than repenting at the climax stage? Isn’t it the responsibility of the government to provide security to the human resources and the country? At least the department must take a caution to avoid such crimes by strictly implementing the rules. Because, the roads should be a way for development for both the country and the individuals than become a house of death.
