RED SIGNAL ON RAILWAY MINISTER'S TRACK:

Center in chaos! Bribery burning the minister! Once a poor businessman is the present business magnet! It is not a story, but the realistic surprrising event which is shaking the entire administration. It was May 1st 2013. The central railway board was included with a new member but followed by CBI raid. The raid opened up a hidden darker side of bureaucracy and democratic representatives. The new member was an IAS officer Mahendra Kumar with the truth that he did not come up with his capabilities. Mr. Kumar wanted the post of the president of the central railway board after the retirement of the present president Mr. Mitthal, as such of all the railway officers. Because it is the most respectable and prestigious post in department and every IRS officer dreams to sit in the chair at least once in their life time. But the way Mr. Kumar used is highly shameful. The chair of chairman for sale! Mr. Kumar purchasing the chair for huge sum of bribe! Yes, the officer paid his advance amount of 10 crore rupees to be a member in the board awaiting for the retirement of the present chair person. But the most shocking truth is that the seller is none other than the nephew of present central railway minister Mr. Pavan Kumar Bansal, Mr. Vijay Singla, the chief icon of the hasty event. The bribery was so systematic that could even beat the administrative organisation. Mr. Kumar thought of fulfilling his dream through the nephew Mr. Singla for which he first made friendship with a nearest friend of Singla, Mr. Manjunath, an industrialist at Peenya in Bangalore, who took the responsibility of the entire arrangements and even finished his work by preparing twocorior boys to deliver the whole sum money to singla. Singla caught see hand! The CBI department had already kept its eye on the commiters and caught the bribe reciever see hand at his home in Punjab while taking the bribe. The realities revealed after his arrest is still more shocking and interesting. Singla is not so similar before. A small brick seller is now king maker and big entrepreneur! It was 1992, Singla was a small brick seller. But with Bansal's entry to the parliament, the entire life style and fortune of Singla changed, which even brought him to the palace from his small home. Singla is now in possession of more than thousand crores of property, which has further increased the suspicion. Moreover, Mr. Singla purchased almost thousand acres of land just 20 km away from Chandighad city. He has also started building a new building of 300 crores which further strengthened the doubt and has led to the further investigation. The CBI department has also arrested the another nephew of minister Bansal named Ajay Ghak, who has also been charged in the cases of bribery and assaults too. However. The undergoing developments have completely shook the roots of the minister's chair and causing hesitation for the center too. The opposition parties are making strong protests for the resignation of the man with moral reasons which has further created inevitability eor the decision makers of the government. What ever may be the political issues, but if these circumstances occur in a highly democratic country like India, whom should be believed? What message do the voters get cant their own chosen representatives? Where is the place for morality and capability? Only the commiters can answer these questions. However. The center must at least now open up its blind folded eyes and must take accurate and speedy measures to prevent corruption from the top level itself and also to punish the bribers. Because if government can not clean even its own sitting house means, how is it possible to sweep the entire system? So it is better to take an impartial drastic step before the people loose their complete belief in democracy and bureaucracy.
